Pig spit rental

Once again I procrastinated. This time for my wife's birthday. I am looking for a spit rental for a pig for the 22 of this month. I'm in Hamilton. It would be nice to pick up local.
Anyone here rent or have a friend who does?
Maybe some contacts.

i have no affiliation but know of them and there location, fifty road, winona. in hamilton, order a done piggy from highland or from one of the local bakeries. local butchers will do them also, cooked. john at gourmet meat will do you one.

Thanks. I tried them. Of course they are fully rented.
I usually get the pig from highland. Fair pricing and of course around the corner !

Livno's in Milton does custom roasting and pig/lambs

If you haven't already tried it, try brining the pig before cooking it (salt bath). Will give you a very consistent softer/moister meat. Any qualified butcher should be able to do it for you. Last time we did it, we didn't need any tools to pull it apart. Good luck with the roast
