Where to certify a older bike in GTA

op.. Canadian Tire,, Rosey Toes..

as for a shop that refuses to look at any bike... their loss.. as it is easy to explain their rate to pass it... and if it fails... they can explain circumstances that may come into play ,, and when or if they have time to actually do repairs to make it pass..

I've had shops tell me to take it elsewhere,, I was sooo surprized.. they explained their young techs just don't know how to work on that ... but that said.. I was asking for work.,, not a pass, fail safety check.

better than Owen Sound.. the butt hole of Ontario.. ,, didn't know that?.. look at tobermory as the tail , Owen Sound is the base of the tail.. windsor has the head ..niagara is the front legs ,, sort of looks like an elephant eh?
