Wheeling WV to Blue Ridge Parkway

Im heading to Blue Ridge Parkway from Toronto via Wheeling WV. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting Toronto to Wheeling. Somone mentioned going down 219 south of Buffalo but from there I need help.

Was thinking 22, then 119 then what

Want to stay off interstates and go scenic. Be riding 2 up

If you can work Letchworth State Park into the route and/ro Corning Glass Museum both are worthwhile
