Mixture screws for Mikuni BS32 carbs

Can't find a part number for the screws, let alone the screws themselves. I guess you're not supposed to mess with those, so no one includes them on their fiches.

Are there any specialist carb shops I could call or visit in the GTA?
 
Thanks. I don't see anything for BS carbs in their catalog, but will shoot them an email.
 
Don't think winners circle will have anything.

Not sure how much your looking to spend but Factory Pro has the long extended mixture screws for most carbs.

Yeah, saw that, that would be sweet. I'm sure that something will fit, just don't know how to cross-reference parts for my BS32s, which seem uncommon.
 
It's a mikuni carb right? Bst 32 i think the specs are the same for all mikuni carbs. lemme check

Mikuni BS32, yeah. Looks like the FZR400 uses the same carbs, so I might be in luck.
 
Yeah i think all mikuni's are pretty much the same. I got 36's on my bike and they are the same like the 38's and 40s.
 
Going to order the extended screws from Factory Pro. I'm in the middle of tuning the carbs and I need to fiddle with the mixture a lot. Previous owner(s) just set everything way too rich and all 4 mixture screws are stripped to a certain extent.

Tuning 4 carbs is a PITA. Remind me to get fuel injection (or a thumper) next time.
 
Mikuni "BS" carbs are a OEM series and may or may not share parts with other Mikuni carbs.

Yeah, that was my main concern, but seeing that so many Mikuni carbs can use the same aftermarket Factory Pro mixture screw, I'm pretty confident they'll fit. Worst-case scenario I eBay them off.

Nice. Sounds good. I got all kinds of o rings as well for mikuni carbs if u need any.
 
Those extended screws just came in and... drum roll... exact fit! Weeeeeeeeeeeee

Installed and rockin' already. So much easier to dial in the idle mixture with these. I still need to pull the tank to adjust #2 though, petcock is in the way... Maybe I can reach from the other side with a long & slim right-angle screwdriver.

Anyhoo, happy camper for now.
