Hello Guys. Alien man have quesitons :)

Hello Guys.

I am IBO. I am studying at english course in Toronto. I arrived Toronto at May and i will study to november. Maybe i can extend my course to 3 or 6 months more.
I am Turkish citizen. I have driving license in Turkey (for motorcycle and car). I love motorcycle's. In Turkey i had a Kawasaki ER5 and 150cc Small bike . i sold my ER5 before came here. i have small bike ago 2009 and i won't sell this bike.

I want a vehicle. Car is best for me(canada's winter is so hard :)), because cars are very cheap in Canada. If i buy a car, maybe my license doesn't valid in toronto. And Insurance is very very expensive.
Do you know, can i use a car with my turkey driving license? I think insurance is 5k$ and upper; am i right? Its to much for me.

And i follow my heart, it is saying ride a motorcycle . In toronto motorcycles is not cheap like car. But i can buy a motorcycle. it is old, doesn't matter for me. If its runnig, it is enough for me.
My questions are. can i buy a motorcycle. If i bought, am i need Ontario riding license (M)? Do you guess how much amount insurance for me(it is very important for me)? Can i ride without insurance?

I know my limits about ability of riding. And i wanna to discover canada roads.
Thanks for answering.
Glad to meet you.
Sorry about my english.

edit:
There is my er5 and small bike(150cc) in second foto.

Give this page a read:

https://www.ontario.ca/driving-and-roads/exchange-out-province-drivers-licence

According to this link, Ontario does not have a driver's license exchange agreement with Turkey. This means you'll have to take a written test, a vision test and at least one road test depending on your driving experience. Keep in mind this is for cars only. To get your M license I believe you will have to go through the same licensing process as everyone else (M1> M2> M). Good luck and enjoy your stay in Canada!
