was it just traffic came to a stop and he ran into it ? or was this a disabled vehicle in the middle lane ?

Boat/Vehicle was stopped in the middle lane.

For unknown reasons, the motorcycle struck the back of a boat being hauled by a motor vehicle that was stopped in the middle lane,” Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said in a statement Friday.
