As Brian said the inner bearing race/sleeve that has the 2 holes in it needs to be pulled out, this will give you the play you need to let the basket clear everything to come out...I use a pick, but you can also thread in a bolt into one of the holes and use it to pull it out...Sometimes you need to wiggle the basket to get it to come out easily
