Your bike seems to be running really rich. At least two of these plugs look carbon fouled (the two to the left of the picture), but that could be caused by you using too much choke to keep it going.
You could simply clean the plugs with brake cleaner and a wire brush. Re-gap and reinstall. But yeah, at 3-4 bucks a pop, might as well replace them.
