I tend to agree with the outrageous rates thing in Ontario, My cheapest quote on a 750 Shadow was 2300$ a year, 23, male, M2, safety course, Brantford. As opposed to my cousins just outside Montreal who pay half of that for the same bike, same age.
Not to mention the craziness of trying to understand their logic since my broker will insure me on a 2015 Aston Martin DB9 for litteraly half of what it would cost to insure a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 300
