Gravel on side road 15

There is losts of gravel on side rd 15 between Trafalgar and Guelph line (the stretch i rode through).

3 of the s turns have gravel at the worst spots and a long stretch before Guelph line (going west bound) is all gravel.

Ride accordingly.

Still dont know who puts the gravel omn the road and why?

If its to slow down bikers, its the worst possible way because people can very easily end up dead or badly injured!
 
Good. But more exposure cant hurt right? If you take those turns at a high speed and hit any of that gravel, youre very likely going down so 2 threads = twice the exposure :D.

Ill check and see if anyone answered my question about why/who put it there.
