Lane discipline....

That's the UK, in GTA obviously the best lane is left lane. That's where the most people go because it's the fast lane. It will get you to your destination the fastest if you are in that lane.

Nope. It's the passing lane. That's where people go to pass time. ;)

Depends on traffic. Light traffic means a bunch of slow people sitting in the left lane while the right lane sits completely empty. Manager that commutes in from Cambridge to Toronto every day told me he also switched to using the right lane for speed.
