Great choices Rick!
I'm really getting into the Block 3 stuff - Dead Now, Beauty and the Belgian and BiYeastual are my favourites from them. They have a new one which is interesting as well - Nightmare on King Street.

Innocente Brewery is right around the corner from me (almost literally), but I find their stuff to be too hoppy for the most part. I like their Belgians, Black Cream Ale and the Irish Red they have though. Bought one bottle of their Scottish Stave. Has a slightly smokey flavour and the flavour is really unique, as it is made with haggis spices. Expensive at $9 for a 500mL bottle, but I found it worth it. Not a regular item though, which is a shame. I could handle those once a month as a special treat.

Robohop blew my mind... Smoothest IPA I have ever had... At $9 a pop, I can afford 1 more tank of bike gas worth... i.e. 2 beers lol. Not a bargain beer, just GREAT beer.

Another thumbs up for Block 3!

Had the Double Dead Elephant IPA last night and followed it up with a 5 Paddles Hugs and Kisses Imp Stout @ around 11% abv.
Both were fantastic.

Had this on Saturday night:

Kokanee... considering I paid $2.66 per 330 can it's high up there on the craft beer pedestal. Damn beer in AB/BC is expensive.

Now that looks tasty. I'm hating the trend of overly hoppy IPA's.

For anyone in the Port Perry area try the stout at Old Flame brewery. Be sure to pick up some meatpies at the butcher on the main street as well (you'll be really happy you did).

Anyone like really, REALLY juicy IPAs? Try Ransack The Universe Hemispheric IPA ................ I am very pleasantly surprised, and it's the cost of regular Canadian premium beer (like... Creemore which they add sugar to these days... *sigh*)

I agree... I picked it up because of the cool can and price it was an IPA so that was a bonus...once I tried it it was very very good. Probably best bang for buck for taste going right now.

Picked up a new one from Block3 this afternoon after a little ride on the Couchrocket.Didn't notice that it was 10%.Holy crap.Tastes great and on my *** in no time.Through the Quad.NICE!

I'm really liking Railway City Iron Spike Blonde ale, Refined Fool Pouch Envy (Auss Pale Ale), and for dark IPA it's a toss up of Railway City Black Coal or Refined Fool Murder of Crows.

Local brewery to me is brewing excellent beer. McKinnon Bros in Bath, Ontario. Crosscut ale and 8 man ale. Both extremely good. The 8 man is similar to the Fullers London Pride from the UK which is one of my favourite beers.

I'm over 405 distinct beers in the last year. Sadly, I must now diet for racing.

Finishing up my sadness with Bam Biere Farmhouse Ale - very good and Rye Knot - surprisingly tasty. Spent a week in Las Vegas where I started using Untappd a year ago... think I must now delete that app as it has contributed to my diet's downfall. lol

Cut down on solid food and get your calories from beer.

Buddy of mine is just over 9000 distinct beers lifetime.

He has a notebook, not a phone or tablet, A NOTEBOOK to log each beer, with the location he drank it and tasting notes.

He currently has just over 130 bottles in his cellar designated to start off 2017 with...

9,000 is epic. I don't even.
