Bike won't start - accessory wired and petcock left on night before

So is that better or worse? I can't tell if it's actually turning over the engine properly, or just making some other noise.
 
Can't help but wonder if it is or was hydrolocked at some point
 
So, apparently it's the starter!

Thanks for all the help, that was basically what we had troubleshot it down to on here, so +1 cookies for you!
