I doubt wooden beat seats for cars are treated for outdoor use and they sure ain't mahogany.
Combination of rain and sun will do them in eventually unless your bike is parked indoors all the time.
If the wooden beads are bamboo then yeah they will for sure last. - Generally in the car I've found the fishing line stringing them together gets brittle and breaks.
For $50 I'll stick with ceramic and quality construction and the black looks good.
