sportbike that has the best riding ergonomics? should I go naked?

I have a current gen R6. It is pretty rough. We did a 500km ride yesterday, took about 8.5 hours with a stop at McD's. I got to ride my buddy's Ducati Monster 1100 Evo, and let me tell you... one billion times more comfortable, and pretty damn fun, too. Wind starts to hurt the neck at 130-135, and gets progressively worse all the way up to cray cray speeds. :)

Front end feels way lighter than a Supersport, and I'm not talking wheelies.. I'm talking just riding through corners. Although it was the rear I lost when following my own bike through some twisties... not sure if it was the Ducati Safety Pack or the counter-balance of my anus clenching, but I saved it somehow. Totally different weight distribution to a Supersport, but if you've never ridden one before, it won't bother you. Braking takes a little farther as well I'd say.

I was thinking Hypermotard before, I'm hella thinking Hypermotard now.
