My '03 CBR600RR is having problems starting the bike after running it for a while. I can turn the bike on cold but after riding for awhile, switch it off, it won't come back on. I'll either have to get boosted with a cable or push start (works sometimes). And if I keep the engine running idle it will eventually stall.

Here's videos on what happens.

Since then, I've changed the battery, tested the rectifier and it isn't showing any failures. I will try to test the stator soon. Anyone here had a similar issue or have any knowledge for this?

Why the stator ? You might want to explain to the op.

Charge your battery, start the bike, unplug the stator, rev the bike to 5000 rpm.you should get a reading of 70-90volts AC.the rectifier will change it to 12-14 volts dc.hope that helps.
