Big window of opportunity all morning. Come early, come late, stay a while. Personally, I like the intimacy of an afternoon stop when you can sit in the east side shade and get some serious one on one face time.

Very rare that there isn't at least one bike in the afternoon. And if there isn't, you park and somebody comes along shortly. For your purposes it'll be a morning thing. If I go, I go at 10am. Always packed.
