Advice needed: Switch installation

I am installing some LEDs which I will connect to this switch (mounting diameter: 0.63"):



I want to mount the switch in the black plastic piece beside the clutch (above the left fairing):



My question: What is the best way to make a hole for this switch without breaking the plastic?

A drill bit.

Don't over think it.

Mark the hole location, remove that panel, support from below and drill your hole, re install panel.

Use hole saw. 5/8". Even cheap stuff from china will work for few holes on plastic.
