Page 23 of "how to control generation xyz"

Step 1: create a bad guy

Step 2: pick a fight with the bad guy

Step3: do everything you can to allow the bad guy to somehow attack your homeland.

Step 4: if the bad guy won't do step 3 , do it yourself!

Step 5: use the cp24 winter weather storm blue print but insert "terrorist" instead of "snow"

Step 6: offer yourself as the saviour
