Witnessed this just after 7this AM. A westbound truck made an illegal left and hit the side of the motorcyle rider who was heading eastbound. Truck stopped and a blue sedan smashed into the back of it. Called it in and talked to the rider. He told me his knee and ribs were killing him. Looked like his nose broken too, a fair amount of blood. He was wearing leathers and jeans and boots. Looks like the truck driver (diesel pick-up) didn't see the 'NO LEFT TURN' sign there. (Sigh) After giving my statement the officer said that the rider should recover. Thoughts are with him.
