Has Anyone done this road near Fort-Coulong ?

It looks to be just under 300km long And I'm pretty sure it changes to dirt from the satellite imagery. if it were paved it would make one hell of a riding road!

Nope, but I've ridden the 117 through Réserve faunique La Vérendrye and that is a beautiful area.

When do you want to ride that road? I'll go.

Lovely area - Daught and I tried a loop up in the same area but ran out of pavement and if I recall out of road completely.....interesting ride back to camp with his 1 candle power headlight at deer-o'clock.

I stayed behind him and let the Burgman light the way for both.
Glad to see the turn for the kayak camp - coldest night I've ever spent....was I glad to see the sun.

I'd go up to Rouyn-Noranda via the Quebec roads from N Bay then come in from the top and take a look ...



It is very pretty



and there was one newly paved road where the pavement was superb and some fun to be had



coming into Rouyn -Noranda from the south.
