im not a lawyer but im really good at google..... $90/hr
 
Try calling the law society of upper canada. They can refer you to a lawyer that specializes in labour law. You pay a fee but get advice from three different lawyers.

i'm not a lawyer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.
 
I'm not a lawyer but I just finished an HR course at School of Continuing Studies - University of Toronto. It was hours of lecture in the topic of labour laws. My own conclusion of all those topics? The general rule is to stay out of the courts at all cost. Even more so if your employer is a large company.

Worse if you're fighting the government. Even large companies consider legal expenses. The government? pfft, they use your tax dollars.
