This was purchased by the bike owner, then I purchased a complete bolt in light instead that I wired and installed for him. This kit stayed with me, and I've had it buried on my garage bench for about 2 years now. Found it after I cleaned the bench today. That being said, who wants it? His bike was a 2004 Yamaha FZ6. Don't know what others use the same kind of light.
Comes with evertyhing other than an install manual, but I've seen videos on youtube installing this kit. As you can see in the pictures below, the lens has a fracture on the bottom side, but I don't think it's visible once it's mounted on the bike.
