Oh "un-named" do you realize the emotional damage you caused yesterday by having your service down for 6-8hrs! As a family we had to talk to each other, play board games and even go outside! Seriously though one thing you did do, was give me the chance to connect an antenna to my tv and wow I got almost as many channel as you give me on my basic package. Well almost the antenna has HD channels and your basic package doesn't. Maybe time to scrap the basic package and stick with the antenna. Of course I know what you will say customer service person, "it will cost you more if you don't bundle your services". Oh well I say!
