Need to replace the grips on the track bike, what grips are you using and why? Thanks again for all the help.

No, Safety wire makes it easier to remove if you need to make a quick change or if you crash and need to replace the clipons before the next practice or race etc

Ahhh, way better than using grip glue, thanks! You can't feel the wires when you're riding?

Not at all, just ensure you are doing the wire twist at the bottom and that you twist the head clock wise
