Why does it say year and odometer unknown when it says 2011 and 9815 km?

Per MLadin The Harleys went cheap IMO but they may have been police bikes. Other prices were all over the map.

Don't police and taxi vehicles have to be branded as such?

As is where is and no returns. Enjoy.

You have to pay the taxes on your winning bid and get the ownership in your name before pickup in most cases. Easily done. Read the fine print
