Hello there good folk of gtam. I have been trying to revive an old ninja (Gpz) 600. Not used for a decade required some cleaning and love. Carb internals looked ok after cleaning. Got it running last night but cylinders 2 and 3 are running rich (red hot headers) and it runs uneven.

Need to borrow a carb synch tool (vacuum meter) to get it run smooth. I am in the west end by 427. Would need it for couple of days.

2+3 are running lean, possible air leak between carb and head or restricted jets.
 
You're welcome to borrow/buy my MotionPro SyncPro. Borrow for free, or buy it for $50

You'll have to pick it up from Thornhill though

I'm with this guy - you're gonna still gonna need a sync at some point, but you gotta fix this first. The sync won't fix a lean problem
 
Yes, I will change the mix a bit, once the temp is equal across, I will sync. I picked up the tool from Redger (btw, thanks again), and will try to spend some time on it this weekend.
