Finally passed yesterday a year from now, all providers have to offer a basic package with a max price of 25$ then you can pick and pay any additions you want.
we just tried Vmedia, not very impressed, and sent them packing after a little over a month. Very glitchy. I would rather pay couple $'s more to cogeco for stable service.
