JT sprockets any good?

Anyone have any experience with JT sprockets? I'm shopping for steel sprockets and I can get front and rear JT sprockets for $67, whereas the Renthal F/Rear costs $140.

Are the Renthal's actually worth twice the price?

ya i was quoted about the same for JT.

AFAM is about the same price as JT.
i think i paid 27 for my front AFAM.

JT have been around for a LONG time, they make decent gear.

For street the cheapest steel sprockets are probably the way to go

Any idea how long these JT sprockets last?
My factory sprockets lasted 35k and still looks fairly good, hoping to get something similar with the next set.

Did you get the AFAM steel or aluminum? And where did you get it from?

GP has the AFAM rear steel for $90

AFAM Steel front for $27 at riders choice. i believe the rear would have been about $40 but they didnt have the tooth count i wanted for my bike (afam doesnt make it), so i got a steel driven rear...which was about $80..

Used JT on my last 1000 and the sprockets still looked fine when I sold the bike with 30k+ on those sprockets.
