A really good broker / agent will get you the best value but not necessarily the lowest premium. If you go for the minimum premium at the sacrifice of, for example, accident benefits you could be really out of luck in the long term. The present limits are a joke unless you are single, living at home, your mom is a nurse and your dad is willing to pay for handicap ramps and retrofits.
Insurance is all about risk management and a good agent will explain the pros and cons of the savings / coverage amounts.
Everyone resents insurance until they crash. True, it's a rip off but it beats not having it at all.
