In the interest of being absolutely clear ... I'm not sure if the above post was meant to be serious or not. But just so that there is no mistake, DO NOT have propylene glycol in the cooling system of a track bike while it is on track.
What you do for winter storage is up to you, but when you get to the track, glycol coolant has to be not there any more. It doesn't matter propylene glycol or ethylene glycol, it is all slippery and needs to be out of there.
Water + WaterWetter / Motul MoCool. PERIOD.
