Comics nerds assemble!

I've started reading up on comics again. Love the Planet hulk series and Hulk wars. Very epic.

Started reading DC one million saga and it's amazing.

Any comic series or time line you guys recommend? Also, I'm thinking of starting to buy physical copies and start collecting. What's a good place to buy them?

Silver Surfer is the best.
X-factor and Wolverine were good when they first came out, but then they just ran out of storyline and started merging different series together.

Spider-man was o.k. In the beginning if you could get past the sloppy dialogue.
After they started drawing him all out of proportion I lost interest.

When I was a kid I liked the Westerns like Rawhide Kid and Ghost Rider who was renamed Phantom Rider.
But that was back when they were 10-12 cents each.

I have no real use for the new shiny format, artistry and price. I ended up switching to Manga.

My most expensive book was an Archie we found at the cottage and had been reading for years.
