Can never get through to the MTO offices....and a long freakin line up just to get in the door. Anyone know what it costs for a Commissioner of Oaths at one of the MTO offices or is there even one there most of the time?

Ask your employer if they have one; many companies do, for various reasons.
Otherwise, try a notary office. I believe some of the Red Seal notary offices have a CoO. Not sure of cost but last year they wanted something like $125 for an afadavit.

Last time I had to use a CoO at the MTO it was $20.

Thanks. Big diff between $20 and $125. Might be iffy if there's a CoO on site, so will just go to the lawyer.

The Service Ontario office @ McCowan and Kingston road in Scarborough has one. He can be a bit of a ****** sometimes, though.
