there's soooooooo much stuff there that'll we'll never see here. That engine is pretty much out of the KLX250, they most likely changed the gearing if not tuning it a bit different as well.

i think Sport bike thumpers are under-represented these days. We have the CBR300, and the RC390 coming. The Enfield GT is the largest (I think) @500cc, but its output is pretty pathetic.
Ducati had a cool thumper that put out about 60hp on 550cc, 267lbs(!)..but they only made 65 of them in three years.

Very nice bike quick in handling & rev happy engine....
Turns out this 250SL is going to be sold in Europe, right beside the Ninja 300.
