I think the mist is fork oil; you can see the top of the spring in the middle of it before it goes out of frame.

Either way, RIP.

Some part was full of blood when you pause it on impact. 2nd camera showing the rider laying motionless is painful =/

^ There's two riders laying motionless in the second video, the first rider at 1:12 has a lot of blood around him and is likely the one who didn't make it.
