Anyone knows which insurance will NOT classify this bike as a sport bike (and virtually rating it as CBR1000RR ...)?

Thanks

Funny finding .... Intact has the Honda on their sport bike list and as such they will not insure it. Yet when I asked whether Kawasaki Z1000 is on the list, they said no, this one is good to go .... LOL Really??? I wonder how much the manufacturer's lobby the insurance companies as to how they classify their bikes.

The amount of non-sense in Ontario motorcycle insurance is just staggering.

Nothing new. My CBX250 was blacklisted but the Ninja 250 wasn't. It's about actuarial tables, not horsepower, etc.

I know, but I thought blacklisting CBX250 was taking it to a new level, at least for me.

I just did a quote for myself on a CB1000RA full coverage $887, 40 years old and over 10 years riding experience with a clean record.
