36yo 2nd-year rider (M2), 20-year G-license holder, 1 minor infraction in the last 3 years.
Insurance was up for nenewal earlier this month - I was with State Farm which was by far my cheapest option as a new rider. SF sent the renewal papers last month: they wanted the exact same amount for the upcoming year - wth?
Insta-switched to Riders Plus, which is 460 bucks cheaper than SF - $1015 vs. $1475 @ SF, both liability only.
My SF agent didn't even try to keep me. I don't think he makes much money on what he calls general insurance.
