this is a poorly(confusing) written story or just a repeat from a liberal p.r spokesperson doubletalker, but the provinvial liberals are looking to dump the lotto/gaming to rogers or bell. its not going to privatize, keeping lotto execs as oversee'rs but having bell or rogers run it?? because they have experience in this sort of thing?? the govnt who can only manage the gambling but cant run it. wtf. instead of putting the asset up for tender, they have given the two telco/media companies exclusive access to the provincail asset without anyone else in contention, this is bizarre, perhaps the spanish company that owns our 407 can get a shot at it also.
