Motorcycle driver seriously injured in Aurora crash

A motorcycle driver was seriously injured in a collision with a car in Aurora Aug. 27.
The driver, a 26-year-old Newmarket man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
York Regional Police responded to the scene of a collision between a Yamaha motorcycle and a Mercedes Benz car at the intersection of Bathurst Street and Aurora Heights Boulevard at 2:52 p.m.
The driver of the car, a 59-year-old Aurora man, was not injured.
No charges have been laid and investigators are seeking witnesses.
