New brakes break in?

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but I think the front reservoir may actually be completely full so you can't see the line. Personally I would tilt the bike to look for the bubble or remove the lid to confirm.
 
Both look over filled to me.

What do you mean by "not braking properly"?

If they were empty you'd have absolutely zero brakes and would know pretty quickly.
 
how old is the fluid in your lines?

If it were me, I'd erase any doubt and replace the fluid/bleed the brakes.

Last thing you want are your brakes to fail.
 
I think 1-2 years for the fluid.

What I mean is when going 50, I brake it doesn't give me the stop power/slow that I expect.

Mechanic said put a few km on it and it should be better. Is 10km enough to break in?

Follow the bed in procedure for the brake pads you had installed. Until you do that they won't stop like the old ones.
 
I doubt 10 km of typical driving is enough to do anything. Hell, on a bike you can normally drive without touching the brakes for more than 10km.

Anyways, your rear brake fluid looks a bit dark, maybe is time you change that.

who changed the pads? you someone else? did they accidentally touch oil or anything?

I do my pads all the time and after changing them, they work fine, no need to "break them in". Are the brakes slow? not braking at all? could it be you are not familiar with how the bike brakes at that speed? or maybe relaying on the rear brake rather than the front?
 
I got it done at a mechanic, i was playing around trying to see bubble or the top and looks like its empty or full to the top

I been riding two years and the oem brakes like how it suppose to. But with these new ones i slow down but not as fast as the oem.

On my way home i tried to use the brake as much as i can to break it in.
 
your front looks at a good level.

- check your rotors for any traces of oil or crap that may be causing the pads not to stop
- check your brake lines (top to bottom) for any damage/pinch/etc..


If you find nothing, I would think of

1) change the fluid, depending how old the bike is, it may be a good idea to replace it now.

2) If you have OEM brake lines, maybe put new brake lines in.
