What are your times at SMP Long?

1:59.9 on my old SV650
1:57.8 on my ZX-6R
Clearly I have some better corner speed to work on with the Ninja.

I totally agree with what others have said. Smooth is fast. If you haven't already, try a track school like FAST or Racer5. Well worth the money and will open your eyes to a lot of things and will likely make you approach riding in a different way.

2:15 was the best i have done. my bike is a 2005 cbr600rr. I weigh in at 275(down from 295), I have been trying to lose weight this year but with the addition of our son last year that has gone to the toilet. Im hoping to lose more weight this winter and next spring.
