Came across this on kijiji. it say it is a 125, Boss Hoss, but it is obviously not.

It has a sticker that says Pheonx on the bottom but that could mean nothing?

Probably. From what I found online, they are sold in 4 USA states.
(ya think Az is one?)

Never heard of Daxa outside of scooters, nice looking 250, but there is nothing I can find about it.

cheap bikes, no better than chinese pocket bikes.
motors are fine but everything else breaks.
copy of a cbr125 im guessing

Why would you put dual discs and two two-piston calipers on a 125? 4 speed transmission? hmm

More like trying to keep the seat height lower. Good luck getting replacement tires.
