currently looking for a basement apt. thought i should ask here lol. having a fellow biker as landlord should be better than just some stranger.

looking in the GTA area. prefer mississauga or oakville (closer to work).

why would you think that?
maybe you won't get any sleep when they and or their friends roll in with loud pipes at 3am
