Bike Insurance for beginners

so many of these threads around and you really need to ask.....

why not grab a phone and start calling the top 10 insurance places and get your own answer, as it will be dependent on where you live, how long you have had a motorcycle license for, what bike your going to insure, your history, and so on.......

you can even do it online.......

but let me guess, it will be at least between 2 and 4 grand at least....

I'm 20 years old

I pay 2000 a year for a Ninja 400 on my first year with my M2 using surnet insurance which then linked me to Aviva insurance.

Give surnet, the personal and desjardins a call in that order and see who will give you the best rate. From what I heard the last two are really good on new riders.

Can any rider who is under 25 tell me how much they are paying on what kind of bike. Also a phone number of their insurance agent/company would be helpful. Thank you.

Sent me an email and I will give you a couple of quotes cvincent@csib.org

Im 27, when I was 20 looking for insurance for an 08 r6 i was getting quoted between 6-12,000 per year. When I turned 21 in 2008 and had my drivers license for 5 years State farm was able to do an 08 r6 for me at 1680 for the year full coverage..(but they charged me almost double for my truck).
