One of my top peeves but so says David Booth.

I actually got pulled over by 2 Georgia Hwy Patrol units south of Atlanta a few years back asking why I was obstructing the middle lane. (It was very late and I was zoned out after 14 hrs of driving) They let me go after a counselling.
