Storage for enclosed trailer?

I would like to buy an enclosed trailer this season. Problem is I live in downtown Toronto in a condo. Dose anybody have a affordable solution for trailer storage?

Google trailer storage GTA, or find a friend with some land. Buddy stores his for $75 from a local farmer.
 
A lot of storage lockers (if they have the space) will also rent trailer space.
 
Up around Barrie the cheapest I've found is $1 per foot per month. I have a 24' V nose car trailer. Toronto will be more.
Actually looking around for another place...the one I have is a mud hole till middle of summer.
 
Call Richard with VS Performance. He has a reasonable rate and he is in Mississauga, Britania and eight line. Just look him up in the yellow pages.
 
Might be a bit far for you. But I pay $25 month just outside Lindsay. I have a 24' old truck box I use a storage for toys. It is a secure compound, (fully fenced, with security cameras which you can view remotely). Normally minimal if any access during winter, (but if your using for track bike not using it during winter anyway).
Each "tenant" has their own key so 24/7 access.
