What is the cheapest way to perforate a leather suit?

I recently bought a 2 piece suit, i got it for a bargain. The problem is that it's too hot, I'd like to perforate it. How do I do that?

Also, the shoulder blades are kind of restricting my full range of motion. Is there a way to add stretch panels to make it more comfortable?

John Bickle is your friend.

I've got a 112 round magazine for my .22, is that enough perforations?

If you are very patient, you can do it yourself with a spiral punch. It's best if you can slip a small plastic cutting board or block of wood between the leather and the inner liner so that you don't mangle the liner while perforating the leather. I've used the punch to do gloves and a pair of boots, but I'd definitely pay someone else to do it when talking about something as large as a suit. It takes a careful hand if you want the perforations to be evenly spaced and lined up.
