So I have this exhaust, but I don't like the LASER.......and want to wrap it up with carbon fibre....being it's the exhaust can I am sure it will get warm, OK, hot, so what product do I need to get to wrap it up in a carbon fibre look, and so it won't melt away......I am sure the carbon fibre vinyl will not hold up OR will it....? any one know, or where I can get stuff that will hold up.....

That takes me back. I love how there's like a 3-inch wide pipe that necks down to half the diameter once it's hidden by the fairing. Sorry for not answering your question

Why don't you sandblast it?

Or progressively sand, then buff? Sanding can also leave a brushed finish

Heat resistant carbon fiber wrap is only good up to ~150c. IMO, it's an oldschool bike and would look much better with a matte black painted pipe.

True carbon fibre.
Buy it in sheets, with the appropiate quality epoxies.
any aircraft supply company has it in stock

BBQ paint. Available at any of the big box stores.
Cheap, heat resistant and will give the flat black look.

A little too cheap....LOL

I was hoping for something a bit better than BBQ paint....

.

High heat engine enamel....VHT and duplicolour make a rattle can product for it.

Best would be to powercoat it, you can have a line coater coat that in black, or PM JOhnnyp636 here - he can coat that in a rainbow of colours (no i am not kidding)
