No Cut Frame Sliders Ninja 400 (Ninja 650 2011)

Hey guys, this may sound like a stupid question, but I ordered frame sliders off of kapsco moto they look like this http://www.kapscomoto.com/product_p/mt219-056.htm does anyone know how to install these things because I'm severely mechanically untalented and something as simple as kinder egg toys confuse the **** out of me. This package didn't come with instructions and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Thanks for any help.

Sorry to tell you but on some bikes no-cut frame sliders are a very bad idea unless the bolt directly to the frame without a bracket that sticks out like it seems yours has.
Hopefully someone with this bike can chime in, But I know a guy who had no-cuts on his F4i and the bike tipped over in the driveway at zero speed and the bracket bent and the slider did some serious engine damage....
