1st Gen SV650 Build

Perhaps... I was inspired by this:

If you need a Billet Clutch Cover so it looks similar to the photo, I have one made by Factory Pro with an integrated slider.

Factory Pro COV-S36-RH

See photo here:

Let me know if you are interested, used but mint condition.

One more photo for the season:

I've decided to keep it the way it is and ride it for the rest of the season. This winter I'll be fine tuning it further, along with more projects to come. In the meantime, check out my new site: http://www.motobrix.com

Wow, great job!

You can get this perforated aluminum sheet from lowes to fabricate a radiator guard/cover. It will complement your industrial look:

Thanks, I actually was thinking of doing a mesh cover on the radiator. I might make it out of perforated steel, just so I can weld it (I haven't learned to weld aluminum yet).

I've moved to a new garage with better tools and space. Started fabricating some more brackets and things with my MIG welder:

First thing, my speedometer cable bracket broke:

So I made a new one out of steel:

The bike was still feeling a bit twitchy after the steering bearing change, so I fabricated a bracket for a gsxr steering damper that came with my forks:

And with the steering damper on:
